Celebrate Easter & Mother’s Day At These 2 WDW Restaurants

There’s nothing quite like celebrating at Walt Disney World. Whether it’s a personal milestone or major holiday, it’s just magical! Easter and Mother’s Day are no exception. Of course, Disney usually has offerings that you can enjoy at the parks and dining locations around the resort, including what we’re talking about today!

To celebrate Easter and Mother’s Day, Walt Disney World is offering a special brunch menu at two of the resort’s dining locations. Ale & Compass at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort and Whispering Canyon Cafe at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge will both hold a brunch on select dates for guests to enjoy.

The menu for this brunch at Ale & Compass Includes:

  • Blueberry-bacon pancakes with a side of sausage or bacon.

  • Breakfast protein bowl including our choice of tofu scramble or plant-based eggs with quinoa, sweet potatoes, chard, kale, pickled carrots and carrot-ginger dressing, served with plant-based sausage and chocolate-avocado toast.

  • Shrimp and white cheddar grits with poached eggs, chorizo and charred tomato stew.

  • Maine lobster roll on a New England-style roll with house-made chips.

Pricing for this special Easter and Mother’s Day brunch menu will be between $15.00 and $34.99 per adult.

If you’re looking for a family style brunch you can enjoy with your family, Whispering Canyon Cafe might be more along the lines of what you’re looking for. They are offering up a delicious all-you-care-to-enjoy Holiday “Brunch-B-Q” featuring:

  • Mini pastries

  • House-made buttermilk-cheddar biscuits with sausage gravy

  • Scrambled eggs

  • Country potatoes

  • Hickory smoked bacon

  • Sausage

  • Smoked salmon and pulled pork

  • Mickey Mouse waffles

  • Green asparagus with Hollandaise sauce

  • Plant based options are available upon request.

This all-you-care-to-enjoy dining experience is $25.00 for adults and $14.00 for children age 3 to 9 years old. In our opinion, that’s not a bad price for an all-you-care-to-enjoy brunch. In fact, it’s probably right in line with what you’re going to be paying at most table service restaurants per plate anyway.

🦇

As I mentioned earlier in this conversation, these brunch offerings are only available for a very limited time. Guests who will want to enjoy Easter brunch at either of these locations can do so on Easter Weekend, April 3rd and 4th. Likewise, Mother’s Day brunch will only be available on May 8th and 9th. With each brunch only being available for 2 days, we recommend that you make reservations as soon as possible if this is something that you’re seriously considering. Don’t forget, Walt Disney World Resort is still operating under limited capacity and this includes dining locations. As offerings like this usually book up fast when they’re at regular capacity, we can’t imagine these reservations are going to be around for long.

Will you be at Walt Disney World to celebrate Easter or Mother’s Day this year? Also, do any of these menu items stand out to you? The blueberry-bacon pancakes have my name on ‘em! I’d absolutely love to give those a try.
