New Statues Coming To Magic Kingdom

Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Donald, Daisy, Chip and Dale are all ready to help you celebrate Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary in their fun new outfits. The fun doesn’t stop there though! Each of these 8 characters will also be featured in special sculptures around Disney’s Magic Kingdom.

The artist rendering of these new statues shows an example of what we can expect to see starting October 1st when these statues debut. The statues are similar to some of the others that are currently placed around the Hub, but will be golden. Disney also said that there will be “surprising ways you’ll be able to interact with these beautiful sculptures”. No other clues about what this means have been released as of yet.
