It’s been quite a while since Sebastian’s Bistro at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort has welcomed guests. The restaurant closed in early 2020 and has remained that way ever since. However, guests wanting to experience the “charming eatery” won’t have to wait much longer.

Starting June 24th, guest will once again have the opportunity to transport their taste buds to “island time” at Sebastian’s Bistro. Upon reopening and running through July 4th, Sebastian’s Bistro will feature walk-in availability only. Guests wanting to make a reservation for the restaurant can do so starting June 10th for reservations starting on July 5th.

Like many of the other restaurants that have returned after their extended closure, Sebastian’s Bistro has come changes coming to the menu. The most notable change being a new family-style meal at dinner. This meal features Sebastian’s signature buttery house-baked pull-apart rolls, oven-roasted citrus chicken, slow-cooked mojo pork with mango sambal, grilled flank steak with mojito relish, cilantro rice and beans, vegetable curry and grilled broccolini. Guests can also order coconut shrimp to the meal as an add-on. For desert, guests will enjoy coconut-pineapple bread pudding, which is a fan favorite for diners at this restaurant.

According to the Walt Disney World website, pricing for this dinner will be between $15.00 and $34.99 per person with discounts available for Annual Passholders and Disney Visa Cardmembers. Dining plans are currently unavailable at this time.

If you’ve been to Sebastian’s Bistro in the past or if you’re hoping to visit in the future, we’d love to hear about it. Join the Jamboree and tell us all about it!
