Bryan’s Spanish Cove Room Tour | 2 Bedroom Condo
Bran’s Spanish Cove is a resort located nearby the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, This resort, which offers condo style accommodations, has glowing reviews [as of February 2023] and a price point that is hard to beat. This is one of the reasons that we were very much looking forward to booking a room at this resort and checking it out for ourself. . . . which is exactly what we did!
Today we’ll be taking a look at room 116, a first floor unit with a view of the lake situated only steps away from the lobby and pool. This room has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen with laundry. The first thing that caught our eye when entering this room was the kitchen. We’ve stayed in a lot of different rooms with “full kitchens” and never have we had something quite like this. When they said “full kitchen” in the description of this room, they meant it!. The kitchen is not only equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare and enjoy a meal, it’s also got plenty of space for 6 people to move around and eat comfortably.
Not only is the kitchen spacious, but it also includes everything that you need in order to prepare a meal for your family. This includes pots, pans, cooking implements and everything in-between. We also noticed that the room had a blender, which is a great option for those who like to start their day with a smoothie or end it with a frozen cocktail.
This room is also equipped with a washer and dryer, which is a great option for those who like to pack lite!
Just off the kitchen is the living area. Here you’ll find a television, 2 couches and 2 coffee tables as well as a fireplace [which we’re unsure is functioning and/or available for guest use]. There’s also sliding doors that lead into an uncovered patio area overlooking the lake.
While this is a great feature of this room and most definitely makes it beautiful, it’s not the most private room due to it’s very close proximity to other guests both at the pool and the tables they can choose to sit at just beyond the patio.
As mentioned, this room features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first is just off the living area.
This bedroom has a king size bed, television, dresser, sizable closet and bathroom. There is also a sliding door off this bedroom that leads out into a screened in porch area with a table and chairs. Again, this isn’t the most private of areas or rooms because of its proximity to other guests. However, the view of the lake is lovely.
Finally, we have the second bedroom. This bedroom is near the front of the unit, just off the main entrance, and has its own bathroom.
The bathroom, which you access first in order to get to the second bedroom, has a spacious vanity area for guests to get ready for the day. However, the toilet and shower are quite small. The bedroom itself features 2 twin size beds, television, dresser and large closet that would be perfect for tucking away unused bulky items [such as luggage] for the duration of your stay.
While going through the room, we also noticed that everything was. very clean. This was a pleasant surprise, because it’s not uncommon for areas such as drawers or cabinets to be missed. We were very pleased to see just how much care has gone into keeping these rooms clean for guests.
