The World’s Most Magical Celebration Details Released

Walt Disney World's 50th is slowly approaching and that means details are starting to surface about what is being called The World’s Most Magical Celebration.

The celebration will likely have lots of fun and exciting ways for guests to celebrate the milestone, but none were detailed in this announcement. Rather, we got a first look at the color scheme for the celebration which is being called EARidescent.

The EARidescent color scheme will be featured on Mickey and Minnie’s new outfits for the celebration and coupled with gold accents. EARidescents will also be featured on other decorations around the Walt Disney World Resort.

We also learned that Walt Disney World's icons will be transformed into Beacons of Magic For the celebration. This includes special magical touches coming to Cinderella Castle, The Tree Of Life, The Hollywood Tower Hotel and Spaceship Earth.

The Worlds Most Magical Celebration will kick off on October 1st 2021 and run for 18 months giving guests plenty of opportunities to celebrate despite limited capacity that remains in place.
