The Rhino Scene Is Back At Jungle Cruise!

For quite some time now we’ve been talking about the changes coming to Jungle Cruise over at Disney’s Magic Kingdom and we’ve seen some of those changes take place right before our eyes. Now, we’re getting an up close look at one of the reimagined scenes from the attraction.

Over on the Walt Disney Imagineering Instagram account, a post was made showing an up close look at the new rhino scene from Jungle Cruise. The scene, which features explorers up a pole in an attempt to escape a rhino and hyena, has been missing at Walt Disney World for some time now. Removal of the pole was done earlier this year for an update and to include a more inclusive cast of characters.

For a while, it was unknown exactly when we could expect to see the new scene debut at Walt Disney World. However, the post also announces that starting today at Disney’s Magic Kingdom guests will meet “our trapped safari of new characters, including Felix Penchman XIII”.

Here at 2 Foolish Mortals, we think that these new characters look absolutely amazing and we can’t wait to see them in person during our next Jungle Cruise!

Let us know what you think of the update in a comment below. We’d love to hear what you think and what you’re looking forward to about the attraction’s update!
