More Covid-19 Cases Pop Up In Central Florida
Health and safety regulations have been relaxing over the past few months, but that doesn’t mean that the Covid-19 Pandemic is behind us. Cases in Central Florida are on the rise, according to the Orlando Sentinel after a 63% increase in cases last week.
So what does this mean if you’ve got an upcoming trip to Central Florida?
Truthfully, we don’t think that this means much in terms of what could be considered “official” changes that would impact your visit. We don’t anticipate that there will be any backpedaling as far as health and safety protocols are concerned, regardless of the increase in cases and variants. Visiting the Central Florida area will likely to remain business as usual. . . at least for the most part.
Of course, there are a few things that you can do in order to keep yourself safe during your upcoming visit to Central Florida; most of which you’re likely already familiar with after the past year. Hand washing, covering coughs and sneezes and avoiding touching your face is a good place to start. . . . or continue. Guests who prefer can also continue to wear face coverings as well. Getting the vaccine is also a good idea, if you haven’t already, especially considering that the more dominant strains of Covid-19 are more prevalent amongst the unvaccinated.
As always, we’ll continue to keep an eye on this and give you the updates that matter most as they become available. Until then, stay safe out there!
