More Resorts Reopening Starting In September

The list of Walt Disney World Resort hotels that will be welcoming guests is expanding once again! Starting in September, Walt Disney World will begin reopening another set of 4 hotels for guests to enjoy during their Disney vacations. Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - Riverside, Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter, Disney’s All-Star Music Resort and Disney’s All-Star Sports are all up next!

A number of Walt Disney World Resort hotels have been closed since July of 2020 when Walt Disney World reopened following a closure due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Since then, resorts have been slowly reopening once at a time as demand increases and health protocols are relaxed.

As we’ve seen with other reopenings of Walt Disney World Resort hotels, these will not all reopen at the same time. The dates that each of these resorts will reopen are as follows:

• Disney’s Port Orleans Resort — Riverside: October 14th, 2021

• Disney’s Port Orleans Resort — French Quarter: October 28th, 2021

• Disney’s All-Star Music Resort: September 16th, 2021

• Disney’s All-Star Sports: December 9th, 2021
