Vaccinated Guests Still Must Wear Masks At Walt Disney World
As more people manage to get vaccinated against Covid-19 the question of whether or not those individuals will need to continue wearing a mask has come up a lot. That being the case, it shouldn’t come as much of a surprise that Walt Disney World has updated their Face Coverings policy to address these questions.
According to the Walt Disney World website:
“Face covers are required for all Guests (ages 2 and up) and Cast Members, including those who have received a COVID-19 vaccine.”
The website goes on to explain the requirements, rules and everything else you may need to know to ensure that your face covering is doing what it needs to during your time at Walt Disney World.
As I often say when discussing anything Covid-19 or pandemic related, I’m not a professional or authority on the specifics of this topic. If you’re looking for anything more than my opinion, you should visit the CDC website for the facts. That said, I’m glad that Walt Disney World has made updates to their website and guidance regarding this particular subject matter. Not only does it give everyone clear guidance of what will be expected of them when they visit Walt Disney World, but it lets us know that they are continuing to follow through with making sure guests and Cast Members alike are as safe as they can be during these challenging times.
If you’re visiting Walt Disney World in the near future, be sure to continue checking the Walt Disney World website for the most recent updates and information regarding what you need to know for your visit. We’ll continue to post updates as well.
