New Wallpapers To Celebrate Pride Month

June is Pride Month and Disney is celebrating the LGBTQ+ community in some fun and colorful ways. In a previous discussion here on 2 Foolish Mortals we talked about the Rainbow Disney Collection, donations The Walt Disney Company is making to LGBTQ+ organizations and the inspirational stories being shared. The fun doesn’t stop there though!

In celebration of Pride Month, Disney has released a series of wallpapers through the My Disney Experience app. The wallpapers include a jungle scene with a rainbow waterfall, Mickey Mouse balloons featuring various flags that represent the LGBTQ+ community, Space Mountain adorned with the colors of the rainbow, Cinderella Castle with a rainbow and Walt Disney World park icons and the clock tower from It’s A Small World featuring a rainbow of colors.

My Disney Experience users can find the free wallpapers on the homepage of My Disney Experience under the There Is Magic In Being Who You Are card. Simply click “download wallpapers” and they will show up in your My Disney Experience “Photos”. These wallpapers are available now, but will expire July 17th 2021, so don’t miss out!

🌈

We love the wallpapers that have been released and think that they are a great way to add a little bit of Disney into your every day. Though they are all great, our personal favorite is the jungle scene. [What can we say. . . . those adorable faces are irresistable.]

🌈

Free wallpapers, both for mobile and desktop, are available to My Disney Experience users from time to time. In the more recent past, we’ve seen images and videos from Disney’s Animal Kingdom as well as some images from around the Disney Parks. These wallpapers and videos are just one of the many reasons to keep checking your My Disney Experience app even after you’ve returned home.

Have you checked your My Disney Experience app recently? Let us know some of the fun things you stumble upon in a comment below. Also, be sure to check out the new Pride Month wallpapers and let us know what your favorites are!
