Pre-Shows Back Again At Walt Disney World

Nearly a year ago, when Walt Disney World welcomed guests back into the theme parks after being closed for more than 100 days, things looked a little bit different at the Happiest Place On Earth. There were physical distancing markers in place, guests were required to wear face coverings at all times and some of the attractions had changed too. Most notably, attraction pre-shows were bypassed as a way to mitigate crowds and keep people moving when in indoor spaces. Most attractions, with the exception of those where a pre-show is unavoidable, have remained that way ever since.

But that may all be about to change.

Reports from guests visiting the theme parks have been popping up on social media sharing information about how some pre-shows are no longer being bypassed. One example in Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway. Whereas guests were walking straight through the pre-show for the past year, now it’s playing again!

We are very excited to see the pre-shows coming back to Walt Disney World attractions. Though the entire list of attractions there you can now enjoy in full is still unknown, we anticipate that more will be added to the list in weeks to come!
